Booking & Acknowledgement Form
This is the form you’ll complete and sign when locking in your bay. It works alongside our Terms & Conditions, provided as a separate document. Read it here so nothing at booking is a surprise.

Item Being Stored
- Item type, registration number and registered state
- Description: make, model, colour and length
- Assigned bay number (completed by us)
- Insurance provider and policy number
- Declarations: solar panels fitted · fridge/freezer on board · gas bottle isolated or removed
Yard Access, Pickups & Drop-offs
- No vehicle access to the compound. Walk-in access only, through the coded personnel gate. Only Quantum Logistics staff move items in or out of a bay.
- Yard hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 4.00pm.
- Pickups: minimum 12 hours’ notice required. Call or text our office to arrange a time. Please quote your surname and requested pickup time.
- Drop-offs: call or text in advance to confirm the time your item will arrive, preferably within business hours.
- Security: gate access is by code only; alarms are active outside business hours. Do not share your gate code.

Acknowledgement
By signing, you confirm the details on the form are correct and that you are either the owner, or the authorised agent of the owner, of the item described. You confirm you have been given a copy of, have read, and agree to be bound by the Quantum Logistics Yard Storage Terms & Conditions.
You also acknowledge that if your item or any action of yours (or a person you allow onto the Yard) causes damage to the Yard premises, including fencing, gates, ground surfaces, signage, lighting, or another customer’s property, you will be liable for a repair charge covering the full cost of making good that damage, in addition to any other amounts owing under the Terms & Conditions.
The form closes with signature blocks for you and a Quantum Logistics representative, the date, and your assigned bay number.
