- Empty trailers only: we store the trailer, not household goods or loose items on it.
- Roadworthy enough to move: functioning handbrake, jockey wheel and coupling.
- Registration current where legally required, or an unregistered vehicle permit displayed.
- Your own lock: add a hitch lock or wheel clamp for another layer of security.
- Insurance stays your responsibility for the full storage period.
