How the compound stays tight.
LAYER 01 · PERIMETER
Coded personnel gate
Entry is by personal code through a walk-in gate. There is no public vehicle access into the compound, full stop. Your code is yours; sharing it is against yard rules, and every entry is logged against the gate.
LAYER 02 · SURVEILLANCE
24/7 CCTV coverage
Cameras cover the compound, boundary and gate around the clock, with recordings retained. Outside business hours the alarm system takes over: every bay stays in view, every hour.
LAYER 03 · MOVEMENT CONTROL
Staff-only bay movements
Only Quantum Logistics staff move items in or out of a bay. No strangers reversing past your van, no unknown vehicles in the compound: a controlled yard, not a public car park.
LAYER 04 · YOUR LOCK
Bring your own layer
We ask every customer to fit their own wheel clamp or hitch lock too. Layered security beats any single measure: ours plus yours is the arrangement that works.

We operate in cyclone country and plan like it. Here’s what that means for your item.
Seasonal readiness
Before and during a declared severe weather event we can reposition items within the yard to reduce wind and flood exposure, and we’ll tell you what we did and why.
Clear communication
If authorities declare an event, we may ask you to attend within a set window to secure or collect your item. You’ll hear from us by phone, SMS and email.
Fair billing
If the yard is fully closed during an event, plan-fee billing is suspended for that period. You don’t pay for days you couldn’t be served.

YARD HOURS
Mon to Fri, 9am to 4pm
Walk-in access during these hours. Gate code and alarms cover the yard at all other times.
PICKUPS
Minimum 12 hours’ notice
Call or text with your surname and requested time: your item will be ready at the gate.
DROP-OFFS
Confirmed in advance
Call ahead to lock in a time, preferably within business hours, and we’ll have your bay ready.
