Who we are. Quantum Logistics operates a storage yard at 875 Ingham Road, Bohle QLD 4818 and this website. What we collect

• Contact and booking details: your name, phone, email, home address, nominated contact, and details of the item you store (including registration and insurance details), collected when you enquire or book.
• Payment details: processed by our payment providers; we keep records of invoices and payments, not full card numbers.
• Security records: CCTV footage of the yard and gate entry logs, kept for the safety of stored items and the site.

Why we collect it

• To manage your bay: bookings, invoicing, pickups and drop-offs, and contacting you (or your nominated contact) about your storage, including urgent contact during severe weather events.
• To keep the yard secure and investigate any incident.
• To respond to enquiries and quotes you send us.
• To understand how this website is used, so we can improve it.

Cookies & analytics on this website

This website uses analytics services to understand how visitors find and use it:

• Google Analytics 4: page views, traffic sources and site usage. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store full IP addresses.
• Microsoft Clarity: heatmaps and replays of individual browsing sessions (scrolling, clicking and mouse movement). Recordings are pseudonymous, typed keystrokes and sensitive form fields are masked, and we review them only to find and fix usability problems.

These services set cookies and may process data outside Australia (Google and Microsoft operate globally). We don’t use analytics data to identify you personally. Analytics may begin running when the page loads; choosing “Essential only” in the banner stops further analytics collection and is remembered for future visits. Our quote form does not store anything on this website: it opens your own email app.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Payment processors, to take and reconcile payments;
• Debt collection agencies, only where an account is significantly overdue;
• Government and law enforcement bodies where legally required; and
• Service providers who help us run the business (such as analytics providers described above), under appropriate protections.

Storage & security of your information

Booking records are kept in our business systems with access limited to Quantum Logistics staff. CCTV footage is retained on a rolling basis and reviewed only for security purposes. We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, and we destroy or de-identify information we no longer need.

Access, correction & complaints

You may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you at any time: call or email us and we’ll respond within a reasonable period. If you have a privacy concern, contact us first and we’ll do our best to resolve it. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.

Direct marketing

We only send marketing messages where the law allows and always with a way to opt out. We comply with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth): tell us once and we’ll stop.
